The Titerran Rainforest and Hraunvollr are the first two (of many future) Cities released for the solo Carved by RUNE TTRPG MECH. 

Cities are the adventures for this solo game where you take on the role of a MECH pilot tasked with defending a city against the kaiju-like awakening of a Dormant - ancient powerful, world-shaping beings long lulled to sleep by humanity through the honoring of Promises. However, humanity's greed and expansion have taken priority over the Promises, and what has been forgotten rises up to set things right.

Titerran Rainforest is not so much a city - yet - but the despoiling of primordial tracts of land stewarded for millennia with respect for development and construction. As heavy machinery and clearing gets too close to the heart of the forest, the forest fights back.

Hraunvollr is a seaside city in the northern oceans, situated at the base of a volcano and nestled in deep, winding fjords. The picturesque snow-capped mountains, ski resorts, hot springs, and fishing boats lure tourists year round, but that requires more energy than ever. Now, Eljan Industries has made it their goal to harness the geothermal power of the volcano, unaware of what they've awakened...
